"If the quality weren’t enough to keep me, and the variety of genuinely enjoyable and unique scents, the customer service was the final candle on the loyalty cake. My partner is a big fan of this store, and I ordered her a Christmas gift on a deal the website was having. Well, both scents I picked were sold out. Makes sense, as they are phenomenal. Customer service reached out and let me know (in time for my order to be received well ahead of Christmas, mind you!) and let me choose another scent. Well, come to find out, that’s sold out too. Again, understandable! They’re popular for a reason. So what does the lovely customer service agent do for me? She sends me some travel sizes complementary for the trouble with the in-stock scents I chose. Noteworthy, you spoil me. Kristina, you’re the best! Thanks for saving Christmas. :)"
