Refund policy
Discovery Kits
Unfortunately, Discovery Kit orders are not eligible for return or refund.
However:
- If your product is damaged, you received the wrong item, or if an item is missing, contact us immediately to make it right.
- If you do not like the fragrances you receive in your Discovery Kit, contact us. We will either send you 2 more samples or we will offer you the chance to purchase a Signature Sampler with all 15 scents, with the cost of the Discovery Kit you’ve already incurred applied to the price of the Signature Sampler.
Body and Hair Mists, Body Butters, Scent Specific Discovery Kits, Best Seller Samplers, and Signature Sampler
Unfortunately, these items are not eligible for return or refund.
100ml/50ml/16ml Fragrance Bottles
We have a 30-day return policy from the date your items are received, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - new and unopened, or opened with minimal use. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start the return process, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once we have received your item, we will process your refund. There is a $15 restocking fee for any return. This amount will be deducted from the total refund amount. Our refund process can take up to 10 business days from the day the item is received and the time you receive your refund on your original payment method may vary depending on the financial institution.
**We cannot accept returns for any items shipped outside the United States.
Limited Edition Fragrances:
Unfortunately, returns are not accepted for limited edition fragrances.
Exchanges:
We do not accept fragrance exchanges. You can either return your fragrance for a refund minus a $15 restocking fee and purchase a new fragrance, or simply return a fragrance for a refund minus the $15 restocking fee. In both instances, the fragrance must meet the criteria outlined in the refund policy above.
Exceptions:
- If your product is damaged, if you received the wrong item, or if an item is missing, contact us immediately to make it right.
- We cannot accept returns on gift cards or products ordered with gift cards.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
